1. About SM Bara

SM Bara is an internal application, exclusively owned by Bara Agência Digital, used for managing business profiles on social networks – especially within the Meta environment (Facebook, Instagram).

This software is not commercialized, is not available to the public, and is used exclusively by the agency’s internal team on behalf of its business clients.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SM Bara, internal users (authorized employees of Bara Agência) agree to all the conditions of this Terms of Service.

These terms govern the use of the application and reflect principles of security, confidentiality, and respect for client privacy.

3. Purpose and Scope of Use

The platform is used solely for the execution of services contracted by Bara Agência with its clients (e.g., scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content).

Use of the app for personal, experimental, resale, or any purposes unrelated to agency contracts is prohibited.

All access is monitored and audited to ensure compliance.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to SM Bara, including its interface, code, integrations, and functionalities, belong exclusively to Bara Agência Digital.

Any copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, sublicensing, or public exposure of the tool is strictly prohibited.

5. Access and Responsibility

Each authorized employee is responsible for using the system in accordance with their permission level.

Improper use or sharing of access may result in immediate account suspension and administrative or legal liability.

Credentials are personal and non-transferable.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

The use of SM Bara is subject to the Privacy Policy of the application, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

The agency is responsible for ensuring that all data processed through the tool is linked to legitimate contracts and to the authorization of the data subjects.

7. Updates and Improvements

Bara Agência reserves the right to update the application at any time, in order to:

• Fix bugs;
• Implement improvements;
• Comply with legal requirements;
• Enhance the security and stability of operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The agency is not responsible for instabilities originating from external APIs, particularly Meta/Facebook, nor for misuse of the tool by unauthorized users.

In cases of operational errors or temporary disruption, the technical team will act to restore the system as quickly as possible.

9. Termination and End of Use

The use of the tool may be interrupted at any time by Bara Agência, without prior notice, in the event of:

• Violation of these terms;
• Risks to data security;
• Termination of contract with the related client.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), and any legal disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro – RJ.
