This Privacy Policy describes how the SM Bara application, exclusively operated by Bara Agência de Marketing Digital, collects, uses, stores, and protects data from business profiles under its management. The use of the application is conditioned upon the express acceptance of this policy.

2. About SM Bara

SM Bara is a private application developed to integrate, schedule, and monitor social media posts, especially on Facebook, on behalf of business clients managed directly by Bara Agência.
This app is not commercialized and not offered to end users, being used exclusively by authorized agency staff.

3. Data Collected

During app usage, the following information may be collected:

• Business page name and ID on Facebook
• Account access token (provided by Facebook itself)
• Public fanpage data, such as metrics, posts, and interactions
• App usage information (action logs for auditing and security)

4. Purpose of Processing

All collected data is solely intended to:

• Execute social media management contracted by agency clients
• Ensure proper functioning of integrations with Facebook
• Generate performance reports and strategic insights
• Comply with legal and contractual obligations

5. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on the following legal grounds:

• Consent of the data subject (the agency’s client)
• Contract execution, as provided in the LGPD (Brazilian Law No. 13.709/18)
• Legitimate interest, when necessary to improve user experience or prevent fraud

Data is used exclusively by Bara Agência’s internal team.
There is no sale, transfer, or sharing with third parties, except:

After termination, the client may request full deletion of information associated with their profile.
